About the Opportunity:The Manager Service - Program Management Office is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the program portfolio related to endpoint services. This role drives disciplined program execution and agile delivery to ensure measurable outcomes that align with enterprise priorities. The position requires collaboration across technical and clinical teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, while maintaining operational stability in a mission-critical healthcare setting.3. Responsibilities:• Own and manage the endpoint services program portfolio, including data, endpoints, mobile, and print services.• Translate enterprise strategy into prioritized roadmaps with defined outcomes and success metrics.• Manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across multiple teams and workstreams.• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes.• Lead delivery using Agile and hybrid Agile/PMO models, coordinating sprint goals, backlogs, program increments, and release milestones.• Ensure incremental value delivery while maintaining operational stability.• Drive continuous improvement in sprint predictability and delivery confidence.• Establish and maintain program governance, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and change management.• Develop integrated plans addressing scope, timeline, dependencies, and resources.• Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.• Align operational work, technical debt, and strategic initiatives.• Coordinate among Endpoint Services, clinical operations, IS partners, and vendors.• Translate clinical and business needs into executable program plans.• Ensure delivery decisions consider caregiver workflows, patient care impact, and regulatory requirements.• Lead and coach teams to enhance program management discipline and agile practices.• Mentor program managers and delivery leads.• Standardize planning artifacts, reporting, and execution practices.• Maintain clarity, accountability, and momentum in complex initiatives.4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.• Minimum 6 years of related experience.• At least 4 years leading technical teams in complex, fast-paced environments.• Extensive experience with Agile delivery, sprint-based execution, and roadmap planning.• Experience managing programs spanning infrastructure, software, and service operations.• Effective communication skills with technical teams and executives.• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.• Comfortable operating in highly regulated or mission-critical environments.• Preferred: Experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems, or endpoint services.• Preferred: Familiarity with endpoint platforms, digital workplace services, mobile, or enterprise print.• Preferred: Experience working with vendors and managed service partners.• Preferred: Formal training or certification in Agile, SAFe, or Program Management.• Preferred: Experience building or maturing PMO practices within agile organizations.• Preferred: Familiarity with ServiceNow and ADO.5.
