ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do as Our Educator / TrainerLead hands-on training in blowouts, finishing techniques, braids, updos, and Drybar service standards Coach stylists at all levels-new hires, developing stylists, and seasoned pros-to ensure consistency and confidence Deliver ongoing education sessions, skill refreshers, and performance-based coaching Support stylists in mastering timing, efficiency, and guest experience standards Partner with leadership to identify training needs and create development plans Maintain a positive, growth-focused learning environment that reflects Drybar's upbeat, hospitality-driven culture Model exceptional guest service and technical excellence on the floor Uphold brand standards, sanitation protocols, and operational consistency QualificationsWhat Makes You a Great FitYou're a natural leader who loves helping stylists shine. You bring both technical skill and emotional intelligence to the table. We're looking for someone who: Has 3+ year of proven experience as a hairstylist, educator/trainer, in a salon, spa, or barbershop environment (If you know this role is meant for you, don't let the number stop you!) - We want to speak with you.
