The IPM will manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives, will plan, execute and coordinate the activities for onboarding clients into the EnableComp service suite, will be responsible for managing the timeline, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nProvide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities.\r\nWork directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues.\r\nConsult and identify solutions for client's specific requirements.\r\nWork with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client's implementation.\r\nManage change and client expectations effectively.\r\nMaintain real-time project status through online project management tools.\r\nEstablish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines.\r\nProvide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.\r\nOther duties as required.\r\nRequirements and Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.\r\n4+ years' experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.\r\nPMP Certification is preferred.\r\nPrior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus.\r\nExtensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required.\r\nExperience with project management tools required.\r\nTechnical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems.\r\nKnowledge about extended medical terminology required.\r\nEquivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.\r\nMust have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).\r\nRegular and predictable attendance.\r\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
