This role sits at the intersection of brand experience, community and workplace management. You'll ensure the space runs flawlessly day-to-day while delivering a premium, design-forward environment for customers, fans, partners, and guests. You are equal parts local ambassador and host — someone who obsesses in building local community, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands that physical spaces are an extension of the brand.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nShowroom & Brand Experience\r\nOversee showroom presentation, product displays, and launch setups.\r\nPartner with marketing and retail teams to execute product launches, community moments, and press events.\r\nAct as on-site point of contact for partners, press, and VIP guests.\r\nConduct routine outreach effort in San Francisco community and host brand events to elevate Nothing's local exposure.\r\nSite Operations & Facilities\r\nOwn daily site operations, including opening/closing procedures, vendor coordination, supplies, and maintenance.\r\nManage facilities partners (cleaning, security, repairs, utilities, etc.).\r\nOversee space readiness, safety compliance, and workplace standards.\r\nManage site budget, invoices, and reporting.\r\nWorkplace Experience\r\nCreate a welcoming, high-energy workplace experience for employees and visitors.\r\nSupport internal events, team offsites, and leadership visits.\r\nEnsure the space reflects brand standards at all times — visually, culturally, operationally.\r\nPeople & Coordination\r\nCoordinate contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders (Retail, Marketing, People, Ops).\r\nSupport onboarding logistics for new hires based in SF.\r\nBuild playbooks and processes that scale as we grow.\r\nRequirements\r\nA fan of the Nothing; A technology early adopter; Passionate to represent the brand in San Francisco.\r\n5+ years of experience in studio management, workplace operations, hospitality, retail management, showroom management, or similar.\r\nExperience managing a physical space end-to-end (office, retail, studio, or event space).\r\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail.\r\nComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.\r\nConfident communicator who can represent the brand in person.\r\nWillingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for launches or events.\r\nNice to Have\r\nExperience opening or building out new spaces.\r\nBackground in premium retail, design-led brands, or hospitality.\r\nStrong eye for design, culture, and contemporary creative movements.\r\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
