At TW Constructors, we build more than facilities, we build community support and success.\n\nThe Role:\n\nTW Constructors is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for\nhyperscale data center projects across the country. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of mission-critical facilities that demand the highest levels of reliability, scalability, and performance. The MEP Manager will serve as the general contractor’s technical authority for all MEP scopes, driving integration between design, construction, commissioning, and turnover. You will work closely with owners, design partners, trade contractors, and internal project teams to ensure systems are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with stringent quality and uptime requirements.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead all MEP planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through turnover\nManage and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems\nServe as the primary point of contact for MEP trade partners, design engineers, commissioning agents, and owner representatives\nDrive constructability reviews, system sequencing, and installation strategies aligned with data center phasing and energization plans\nOversee MEP scheduling, procurement, long-lead equipment tracking, and logistics planning\nEnsure strict adherence to mission-critical standards, including redundancy (N, N+1, 2N), resiliency, and uptime requirements\nLead MEP coordination meetings, clash detection efforts, and BIM-based coordination processes\nPartner with commissioning teams to support Level 1–5 commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and owner acceptance\nMonitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards\nSupport cost management, change control, and value engineering initiatives related to MEP scopes\nMentor project engineers and field staff, promoting best practices in mission-critical construction\nTravel is required\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study\n\n8+ years of experience managing MEP systems for large-scale construction projects\nDirect experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centers as a general contractor strongly preferred\nProven expertise in electrical and mechanical systems for data centers, including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and controls\nExperience managing multi-trade MEP teams on fast-paced, technically complex projects\nStrong understanding of BIM/VDC coordination, commissioning processes, and system turnover\nAbility to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and engineering drawings\nExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to interface confidently with owners and executive stakeholders\nWillingness to travel or relocate based on project needs\n\nProcore certified or working knowledge and skill in Procore\n\nBIM 360 certified or working knowledge and skill in BIM 360\nAbility to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.\nAbility to lift objects at least 50lbs.\nWe are a drug free work place, must be able to pass pre and random drug tests\nSelf-motivated and able to lead and motivate team members\nThoughtful and confident decision making skills with high ethical standards\n\nGood interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism\nProblem solving skills and the ability to think and react quickly under pressure\nService-oriented approach in working with owners, co-workers, and any joint venture partners\nStrong attention to detail and high level of organization\nReliable, dependable and professional with a strong sense of urgency\n\nWhy People Choose TW Constructors\nTW Constructors is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and safe workplace where people feel connected, valued, and able to reach their full potential.
