The Surveyor will perform comprehensive land and property surveys by using cutting-edge equipment and techniques. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing field data, preparing maps and reports, ensuring accuracy in measurement, and collaborating with project teams to address client requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality and accuracy standards upheld by H & B Surveying and Mapping. Qualifications Proficient in operating surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and data collectorsSkilled in conducting field surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and reading and interpreting blueprints and mapsFamiliarity with CAD software and mapping tools for creating accurate survey drawingsStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure precision and compliance with industry standardsEffective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with clients and project teamsAbility to work on-site and in outdoor environments under various conditionsLicensure as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or ability to obtain licensure is preferredRelevant educational background in surveying, geomatics, or a related field
