Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About Us We are a growing ABA services company focused on providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized care for children with autism and related disorders. We are currently partnering with an established Occupational Therapy (OT) provider in a shared location , creating a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that supports comprehensive care for our clients. Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our team as aClinical Director . This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is excited to build and lead clinical services, mentor staff, and help establish best practices in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations Collaborate with OT providers and other professionals for integrated care Support intake, assessments, and program development Participate in hiring, training, and performance management Help establish clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards Engage with families to ensure high satisfaction and outcomes Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum3–5 years of ABA experience , including supervision Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of ABA best practices and ethical standards Experience working with children with autism Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Opportunity to grow into an executive leadership role Supportive, collaborative work environment Flexibility and influence in building clinical programs Partnership with multidisciplinary providers (OT, etc.) Potential for performance-based bonuses Why Join Us?
