This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annuallyResponsibilities Lead identification and management of technical and organizational interfaces Develop and maintain interface matrices and tracking registers for various systems Coordinate utility and system interfaces with production systems Facilitate interface meetings and resolve conflicts promptly Support start-up sequencing by addressing interface prerequisites Review design and construction deliverables for clarity of responsibility Prepare interface status reports for project leadership and clientsQualifications 5+ years of experience in utility, wastewater, electrical, or start-up coordination and interface management Proven ability to manage multi-party interfaces and resolve conflicts Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred; equivalent experience accepted Strong organizational and communication skills across various disciplines Familiarity with start-up sequencing or integrated systems readiness is a plus Must pass a general background check and speak fluent English (Korean is a bonus)Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and holidays Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) retirement plan Flexible work schedulesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
