PAINTING ESTIMATOR (COMMERCIAL)

A commercial painting company is looking for an experienced painting estimator. Only experienced painting estimators will be considered. This position is a full time position and offers an estimated salary range of ($80,000 to $100,000).A qualified individual should:Be able to provide complete pricing for project based on photos and plans provided* Perform complete Takeoff in industry standard software packages (i.e. PlanSwift)* Assist in any requested pricing updates based on plan changes* Demonstrate history of expertise in paint estimation, coating and finishes (paint, wallcovering, wall panels, ...) surveying* Full delivery of proposals and completion of the sales cycleRequirements* Be able to provide samples of takeoff completed in commercial painting field* Experience in commercial painting estimation* Proficiency of computer skills* Strong communication skills* Strong organizational skills* Excellent people skills* Reliable and able to work independentlyEXPEREINCE IN TAKE OFF ITEMS* High Performance Coating Pricing* Intumescent Coating Pricing* Wall Covering and Similar Wall Items Pricing
