Position will influence members of the finance, R&D, marketing, customer service, and other members of supply chain enterprise to create strategies for network optimization and inventory. Manage supply risks and uncertainty and plans mitigation to respond to dynamic business conditions.\n\nCore Job Responsibilities\n\nResponsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.\n\nCompliance: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures & contracts.\n\nStrategy: Collaborate with business units & external third party providers to identify and document key assumptions that could impact the supply network and develop strategies for efficient response to changes.\n\nPerformance: Provides guidance and direction to teammates to ensure consistent execution to and escalation of deviations from, agreed strategies.\n\nFinancial: Accurate projection and reduction of Distressed Inventory (Excess & Obsolescence). Develops plans for Plan, LBE and LRP packages.\n\nService: Maximizing customer experience through product availability.\n\nInventory: Reduction of AV inventory to reduce capital, Standards Revision Variance (SRV) and distressed Inventory impact on the AV P&L.
