And about becoming a better, smarter, stronger version of ourselves.\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES Site Selection: Assist in identifying and evaluating candidate sites for development in strategically valuable submarkets.\r\nMarket & Financial Analysis:Conduct research to support decision-making and assess development feasibility.\r\nProforma Modeling:Support the creation and maintenance of financial models to evaluate project performance.\r\nTeam Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams during the preconstruction, development, and asset management phases.\r\nDocumentation:Prepare detailed notes and reports from team meetings, strategy workshops, and project planning sessions.\r\nProcess Improvement:Contribute ideas to improve development strategies, reduce costs, and drive operational success.\r\nLearning Opportunities: Gain insight into the full real estate development process, from land acquisition to project stabilization.\r\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.\r\nA detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling software is a bonus.\r\nStrong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a multidisciplinary team.\r\nA genuine interest in emerging real estate markets and a desire to learn from experienced professionals.\r\nExposure to market analysis, site selection, or financial modeling is helpful but not required.\r\nBENEFITS Paid Company Holidays\r\nCell Phone Reimbursement\r\nEEO STATEMENT Miller Valentine is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
