Work closely with internal and external teams to communicate target completion dates and ensure that all internal & external requirements are being met in a timely manner. Ensure that services are delivered correctly and on schedule and facilitate communications between all relevant stakeholders both internal and external Manage budget as per department guidelines and timelines. Mediate escalations and provide troubleshooting resolutions Lead the project team, work with stakeholders to successfully install - Fire Burg Access Control CCTV.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProject Management:\n\nPartner with subcontractors, manage and maintain relationships, throughout duration of the job.\nManage budget, contractor negotiations and change orders as needed.\nNegotiate prices with subcontractors.\nMonitor data, work completion and handle escalations by providing resolutions.\nMaintain relationships with customer and provide troubleshooting resolutions during customer calls.\nReview tasks during the project closeout to ensure systems are online with our monitoring system, final review on video systems, making sure fire inspections are there from local jurisdictions.\nManage TSP invoices, closeout, sign off etc.\n\nAligning with D365:\n\nAlign data with D365 for efficient task management, task assignment and updated customer expected dates.\nCreate work orders and projects.\nTask packages that are aligned and assign to the project teams.\nMaintain department KPI’s dept and manage data throughout duration of project.\n\nTeam Development\n\nProvide support and mentorship to clarify scope of work within the team.\nValidate the data, project timelines and ensure team is aligned with customer expectations.\nEvaluate risk during the project phases and provide mitigation solutions.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree - preferred.\n1-2 years of industry experience - preferred.\nPMP certification - preferred.\nMultitasking - Comfortable working on various projects at a time, in fast paced environment.\nKnowledge of Blueprints - preferred.\nAbility to read interpret and understand blueprints.\nAbility to act independently.\nComfortable to figure out solutions.\n\nOur Total Rewards package includes (but is not limited to):\n\nVehicle Allowance\nCompany Paid Cell Phone\nCompetitive compensation with incentive eligibility\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\nHSA/FSA programs\nCompany paid life and AD&D insurance.\nCompany paid short- and long-term disability.\nVoluntary benefit products\n401k retirement savings plan after just 60 days\n7 Company Holidays, plus 2 Floating holidays of your choice\nPaid Time Off\nTuition reimbursement\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n\nAbout Us:\n\nVector Security is a leading provider of intelligent security and managed services solutions serving residential, commercial, and enterprise customers across North America.
