Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a Junior Talent Manager to help us keep the momentum growing.What You'll DoAssist in managing day-to-day communications between talent and brandsDraft and track contracts, usage terms, and deliverablesHands on management with celebrity, sports, and influencer clientsSupport inbound PR/gifting opportunities and ensure proper talent alignmentHelp pitch clients to brand partners and build casting decksMaintain CRM records, campaign documents, and internal trackersProvide hands‐on support to Senior Talent Managers and Co‐FoundersWho You Are1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent, or social mediaHighly organized and deadline‐driven with strong attention to detailStrong written communication and a professional, proactive toneComfortable interfacing with brands, agents, and high‐profile personalitiesFamiliar with Instagram, TikTok, affiliate marketing, and social metricsAble to manage multiple projects with a calm, client‐first approachHave experience with creators in the parenting, beauty, home, or sports verticalsAre fluent in tools like Slack, and CanvaUnderstand paid usage rights, exclusivity, and whitelisting basicsWork directly with very hot up and coming talent, celebrities, and athletes.Be part of a fast‐growing agency with projected $50M+ in 2026 brand partnershipsFully remote team with flexible hours and a collaborative, "get it done" culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
