Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Immigration Lawyer based in Miami, FL. The Business Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel on immigration matters to corporate and individual clients. Daily tasks include preparing visa petitions, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, representing clients in legal proceedings, and liaising with immigration authorities. The lawyer will also research and stay updated on the latest immigration laws and regulations to provide the best possible service to clients. Qualifications Expertise in immigration law, nationality law, and consular legal servicesStrong research and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and clients simultaneouslyProficiency in Spanish and/or other languages is a plusJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the bar in the state of Florida
