Assist in the engineering, development, and administration of a federal enterprise cloud system.\n\n*Essential Functions*\n\n* Participate in technical project review meetings to ensure technical designs meet the client’s operational requirements and infrastructure/security standards\n* Provision and maintain cloud resources for an enterprise cloud environment (network, storage, compute)\n* Automate infrastructure migrations to cloud environments and identify on-premise technologies and their cloud counterparts\n* Ensure compliance with the incident, problem, and change management procedures and execute ticket-based requests with little or no additional help\n* Focus on results and be delivery oriented, with a keen interest in quality and the ability to meet deadlines\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* 6-12 years of progressive experience administering, designing, and engineering cloud solutions with 3+ years of relevant Microsoft Azure architecture, design & delivery experience.\n* Consulting experience with large-scale implementations on Microsoft Azure\n* Experience in Azure Infra, Networks, Storage, Apps and Azure DevOps\n* Well versed with cloud architecture styles and design patterns\n* Experience in developing cloud migration approaches, hybrid defining migration roadmaps and providing estimates\n* Experience with Azure Resource Manager, Resource Groups, Virtual Networks, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, PowerShell DSC, Azure Automation, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Site Recovery\n* Experience in developing and deploying Cloud Native Applications using Azure PaaS Capabilities (App Services Plans, Key Vault, SQL Azure DB, Azure\n* Functions, Containers, AKS, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management)\n* Experience in Enterprise Integration Technologies such as BizTalk, Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus\n* Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills\n* Experience with claims-based authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA, and RBAC\n* Understands setting up Monitoring and diagnostics on Azure for a web application\n* Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, & Bash etc.,\n* Experience with Azure Governance and Best Practices (Role Based Access Control, Networking Architectures, Cost Management controls, etc. )\n* Should be able communicate with business teams and be able to articulate his thought clearly.\n* Experience with integration of MS Azure solutions with on-prem application and infrastructure to develop an onboarding process for applications / systems planned to be migrated to Azure\n* Good to have Microsoft Azure Architecture Certification.\n* Conduct regular code reviews, identify areas of improvement, and implement enhancements.\n* Design, configure, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.\n* Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and release processes.\n* Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.\n* Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure resources in Azure.\n* Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance.\n* Automate deployment and infrastructure tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.\n* Proficiency in GitLab, including repository management, branch strategies, and merging workflows.\n* Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.\n\n*Preferred Certifications and Experience*\n\n* Amazon Web Services Associate or Professional Level certifications\n* Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer, or similar\n\n*Corporate Performance Standards*\n\nIn the performance of their respective tasks and duties, all employees are expected to conform to the following:\n\n* Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.\n* Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.\n* Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.\n* Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.\n\n*About DIGITALSPEC, LLC*\n\nDIGITALSPEC, LLC (DSPEC) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified, ISO 9001, 20000, and 27001 company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Fairfax, VA.
