For more information, please visit www.ergotron.com.\n\nPosition Summary:\n\nPerform light-assembly and packaging of mechanical assemblies and kits.\n\nPosition Responsibilities: Assembler II\n\nThe ability to perform the position responsibilities of Assembler I.\nAssembler II is cross-trained and performs complex assemblies.\nAssemble electro-mechanical devices using hand powered tools supported with or without MES System.\nReview work order documentation for accuracy prior to assembly.\nPackage and label products for shipment.\nKeep work area clean and dispose of raw material packaging materials.\nWork with Engineer and/or Supervisor to resolve assembly issues.\nInspect all products, prior to packaging, to insure conformance to quality standards.\nDemonstrate complete knowledge of Bill of Materials and Discreet Jobs (Work Orders)\nDemonstrate knowledge of processes and tool use.\nWork with supervisor to complete build schedule.\nMake process and product improvement suggestions.\nWork with warehouse to ensure work orders are complete (shortages, manuals, primaries).\n between workstations.\nWork in teams with other assembly personnel.\nAdditional duties as requested.\n\nPosition Requirements (Knowledge and Experience): Assembler II\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2-4 years experience for Assembler II\nGood mechanical aptitude.\nGood understanding of basic English.\nRead work instructions.\nKeep Daily Assembler production records.\nAbility to lift 40 lbs.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nAbility to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to produce mechanical assemblies.\nMust be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as described to you for the position.\nSupport “Lean” initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination.\nPhysical Stamina to support extended periods of standing.\nSupport Quality and Safety Policies.\nBe on time and dependable to work First Shift\n\nBenefits:\n\nBeing able to solve complex problems within a passion-filled environment is rewarded by a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, allowing for work and life balance.\nAt Ergotron, we are committed to moving you forward with leading benefits and reward programs.
