This role is critical in ensuring that operational capacity is fully utilized, profitability targets are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, customer intelligence, and market trends.\nAlign demand plans with operational capacity and financial goals to ensure optimal profitability and resource utilization.\nLead weekly SOP meetings, presenting key insights, identifying bottlenecks, and driving actionable outcomes.\nCollaborate with Planners bi-weekly to review demand changes and finalize release plans, minimizing rescheduling.\nBalance demand and capacity to optimize asset utilization and order fulfillment.\nCreate and manage a 26-week rolling site optimization plan and a monthly countdown to revenue attainment.\nDrive continuous improvement in scheduling and planning processes across all functional areas.\nEnsure alignment of material procurement with production plans to maintain cost efficiency and delivery performance.\nExpectations\nExhibit strong leadership and accountability as a member of the SIOP leadership team.\nDeliver executable and profitable shipment and production plans that meet financial and operational targets.\nMaintain a demand forecast variance of less than +/-10%.\nProactively identify and resolve planning constraints and escalate issues as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in electronics manufacturing services or a similar industry.\nProven experience in master scheduling, demand planning, or operations management.\nStrong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.\nExpertise in capacity modeling, financial analysis, and corporate budgeting.\nProficiency in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and database querying.\nIn-depth knowledge of MRP systems and supply chain processes.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with SIOP/SOP processes and tools.\nAdvanced Excel and data visualization skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Office\nPre-Employment Requirements\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
