Be part of a team where your work makes a difference, with opportunities to grow, collaborate, and thrive.Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain pilot training foldersEnsure company specific training documents are available to each programPrepare maintenance training and advanced airmanship recordsDistribute appropriate training documents as necessaryComplete all normal and custom client course completion documentsEnsure all training folders pass FAA and FAR guidelinesMaintain database of pilot and client completed recordsWorks with instructors and check-airmen to ensure paperwork is received and processed correctlyAssist internal and external clients with training records requestsAdditional duties as requiredExperience & Education Required:High school diploma (or equivalent)Associates or bachelor's degree in aviation science or administration preferred2-3 years of experience in corporate aviation strongly desired1-3 years of relevant experience in airlines records keeping, fbo operations, and planningKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent phone & customer serviceAbility to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstancesOrganized and a team player with ability to maintain composure under pressureAbility to concentrate and work in a fast paced environmentPunctual, professional, outgoing personalityAbility to multi-task, detail oriented, self-motivator who can complete tasks with minimal supervisionAble to work overtime, weekend and evening hours if necessaryMust be able to sit for long periods of timeMust be able to file and adapt quickly and work well within a new environmentStrong knowledge & experience using Microsoft Windows, word, Adobe, Excel and Internet Explorer programsQualifications Preferred:Proficient in webreg registration system and FAA certificationsKnowledge of aviation, aviation training and aviation regulations.Location:The primary work location for this position is at the lake nona training facility in orlando, fl.Position Type:Non-exempt, hourlySalary & Benefits:This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock purchase plan, and paid time off.Equal Opportunity Employer:CAE is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected factor.
