The ideal candidate brings deep AWS expertise, strong automation skills, and experience working in secure, high-availability environments.Responsibilities:Active MBI - mandatory; candidates in process do NOT qualify\r\nCurrent or recent IRS contract experience strongly preferred\r\n7+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering\r\nExpert-level Terraform for automated IaC provisioning and management\r\nDevSecOps CI/CD pipeline design using GitHub Actions with SAST/DAST/secrets scanning\r\nExperience with Databricks Asset Bundles for workspace deployment automation\r\nStrong proficiency with EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and VPC networking\r\nExperience with blue/green and canary deployment strategies\r\nAWS DevOps Engineer Professional or AWS Certified Developer preferred\r\nWillingness to support 24x7 on-call including off-hours deployment windows\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\r\nRequired Minimum Qualifications:Design and implement the foundational DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline architecture using GitHub Actions for tenant onboarding automation\r\nAutomate tenant workspace provisioning and IaC-based onboarding workflows using Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles\r\nEnforce code quality, dependency scanning, and policy-as-code with approval gates and full audit trails\r\nImplement secure environment promotion through dev/test/prod for deliverables\r\nSupport 24x7 CI/CD pipeline monitoring and failure remediation\r\nMaintain Platform Operations Runbook and IaC Baselines\r\nContribute to tenant satisfaction by ensuring provisioning pipelines meet the 10-business-day SLA\r\nClearance Required: Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) - ACTIVE\r\nTools and Platforms:Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep)\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)\r\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes\r\nSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)\r\nClearance Required: Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) - ACTIVENice to Have Qualifications:Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\r\nExperience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)\r\nKnowledge of microservices architecture\r\nExperience with automated testing and deployment strategiesIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required.
