intake, prioritization, and handoffs\r\nImprove efficiency across ServiceNow and ADO\r\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\r\n6–8 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Systems Analysis in an Agile environment\r\n7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience\r\nExperience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools\r\nExperience supporting third-party applications, including administration, vendor coordination, and defect tracking\r\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and software development lifecycles\r\nProven ability to manage complex initiatives in fast-paced environments\r\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills\r\nPreferred Qualifications Certification such as SAFe POPM or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)\r\nExperience with enterprise applications (ERP, HCM, or integrations)\r\nCore Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen\r\nPrioritization and decision-making\r\nTechnical understanding and attention to detail\r\nEffective communication
