Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. As an on-site School Psychologist, you'll be instrumental in supporting students' emotional, social, and academic development, primarily at the elementary level (with final caseload assignments to be determined).Qualifications & Preferred Experience:Current and valid state School Psychologist certification/licenseMaster's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related fieldExperience providing psychological services in K-12 settings, preferably within elementary schoolsStrong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skillsProficient in developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating on multidisciplinary teamsExceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesKey Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to assist in educational planning and student supportParticipate actively in team meetings, serving as a collaborative resource for staff and familiesDesign and implement interventions to address academic, emotional, and behavioral needsOffer counseling and crisis response as requiredConsult with educators and parents to support student success and promote school-wide mental health initiativesMaintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with all state and federal regulationsThis on-site position is ideal for professionals passionate about helping children thrive in a supportive school environment.
