This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting our commitment to excellence.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTest and refurbish electronic devices like tablets, laptops, desktops, and servers\nSort, clean, and track electronics that can be reused or resold\nDisassemble devices and remove usable components or materials\nEnter data into spreadsheets and our production system\nSanitize hard drives and ensure devices meet quality standards\nMeet daily production and accuracy goals\nWork with your hands using tools and follow safety guidelines\nDecide which items can be fixed, reused, or recycled\nWhat Your Work Environment Will Be Like\nHands-on, warehouse-based electronics production and assembly\nYou'll stand most of the day and move between workstations\nFast-paced work focused on speed and accuracy\nYou’ll regularly handle and move electronics ranging from a few pounds up to 50 lbs, using carts and equipment to assist with heavier items.\nEnvironment can be dusty or noisy—we provide all safety gear (PPE)\nYou’ll work with electronics big and small, from phones to servers\nExperience\nPrior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for all new team members\nFamiliarity with warehouse distribution processes including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving is advantageous\nExperience operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs is highly valued\nBasic math skills are essential for counting inventory and verifying shipments accurately\nKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or AS400 systems will help streamline your workflow\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards\nJoin us as a Warehouse Associate and help deliver exceptional service through your energy, precision, and dedication!
