schedules and sequencing.\n\nMonitor productivity and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.\n\nCoordinate deliveries, subcontractor work, and equipment mobilization.\n\nQuality Control\n\nEnsure work meets project specifications, engineering requirements, and company quality standards.\n\nConduct field inspections and verify work completion before advancing project phases.\n\nAddress field issues or conflicts related to drawings or scope of work.\n\nCommunication & Reporting\n\nServe as the primary on-site contact for project management and leadership.\n\nMaintain daily reports documenting labor, equipment, production, and site conditions.\n\nCommunicate project progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Project Manager.\n\nAssist with documenting change orders and field adjustments.\n\nEquipment & Site Management\n\nEnsure proper use and maintenance of equipment on-site.\n\nMaintain organized, safe job sites including material
