This role does not require full-time office hours or continuous on-call availability. Emergency needs will be addressed as reasonably possible within the scope of part-time ministry.AccountabilityThe Pastor is accountable to the congregation and serves in accordance with the church constitution and bylaws. The Pastor will receive an annual evaluation conducted by the Deacons and Trustees.
