The Concierge will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. They will partner with the sales team to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.\r\nResponsibilitiesBuild a concrete relationship with the homeowner\r\nCreate homeowner's job file\r\nSchedule homeowner's technical measure, installation date, and reminders\r\nWork with other teams to move homeowner's job through the process\r\nWork with sales team to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-process\r\nIdentifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.\r\nConduct post-installation phone call and survey\r\nResolve any post-installation situations\r\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor\r\nQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year of customer service experience\r\nStrong time communication and time management skills\r\nStrong competence in MS Office software; data entry skills\r\nHigh attention to detail\r\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks\r\nOrganized\r\nPay Range$27.45 - $39.75\r\nCulture and BenefitsAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
