Client Service Associate - Wealth Management
A growing wealth management practice is seeking aClient Service Associateto support advisors and ensure a high-quality client experience. Support client service activities including new account openings, ACATS transfers, and money movements
Assist with investment and insurance account administration
Ensure accurate and timely handling of client requests
Provide updates on the status of new business and service requests
Meeting Preparation & Research
Prepare documentation and materials for client review meetings
Research client questions and assist advisors with follow-up
Maintain organized client records and service procedures
Operations & Team Support
Help maintain service workflows and operational processes
Assist with internal procedures and administrative coordination
Support consistent service standards across the teamQualifications
Minimum 2 years of client service or operations experience within wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or financial advisory firm
Basic knowledge of investments and insurance products
Experience with CRM and financial planning platforms
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
