This includes incentive-based pay, so your skills and efforts drive your income.Family Owned and Operated - 90+ years in business!Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401kPaid Vacation and Sick TimePaid TrainingDiscounts on products, services, and vehiclesFantastic Growth Opportunities Job Responsibilities:Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide excellent customer service and satisfactionEstablish a method of paymentHandle all parts telephone inquiries regarding parts purchaseParts distribution to service techniciansAccept warranty parts and cores for returnReturn all warranty parts to factory via proper marking/tagging procedure as dictated by factoryProcess all pertinent documents and associated partsActively identify related parts needed on repair jobsAdvise customer or Service Consultant of all parts stocking statusEnsure Parts Department security for all parts and paperworkWrite purchase orders for parts and sublet work required from outside suppliers and get management approvalUse the computer system consistently and accurately to post sales and track lost salesProvide necessary information to the Parts Manager for special orders, emergency purchase, and lost salesMaintain parts in correct locations and binsKeep work and department area cleanHelp with taking out garbage and boxesKeep up to date on all training and certificationResponsible for pulling and stocking parts inventoryRun bin "spot checks" as directedBe responsible for receiving money and cashing out customersEstablish good communications between associates in parts and other departmentsReport any issues to department manager Job Requirements:A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive partsAbility to Lift 100 poundsAutomotive knowledgeExcellent Customer Service SkillsA valid driver's licenseWillingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws
