As an Account Manager, you will oversee client relationships, coordinate program implementation and ongoing support, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include acting as a primary point of contact for clients, managing project timelines, overseeing budgets, customizing solutions to meet client needs, and aligning internal resources to deliver results. The role requires proactive communication, collaboration with internal teams, and a commitment to building strong client partnerships.QualificationsAccount management, client relationship building, and program implementationProject management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgetsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in software applications and tools relevant to account management. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook for example.Ability to work on-site in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul AreaBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred not required)Experience in the incentive or recognition industry (a strong plus)
