The Construction Inspector will be responsible for conducting site inspections and ensuring construction activities meet applicable standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role includes maintaining quality control, documenting site activities, and monitoring materials and processes such as asphalt application. The selected candidate will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.QualificationsProficiency in Site Inspections and Inspection techniquesExperience in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to project specificationsWorking knowledge of Asphalt materials and application standardsStrong expertise in Construction Management practices and principlesStrong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address potential issues on-siteExcellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with team members and contractorsFamiliarity with safety regulations and compliance requirementsRelevant certifications or qualifications in construction inspection, management, or related fields are a plus
