In this role, you'll help blend ingredients safely and accurately while supporting a clean, productive, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nFollow specific blending instructions to produce quality product in a safe, sanitary, and productive manner.\nMeasure, verify, and blend ingredients according to batch sheets and established procedures.\nDouble-check lot numbers and ingredient weights against blend sheets to help ensure accuracy.\nRun basic analytical tests to confirm ingredient requirements and product specifications.\nWork closely with quality control personnel to review testing results and respond quickly when adjustments are needed.\nCommunicate production or quality concerns to the Production Manager in a timely manner to help reduce waste.\nObserve equipment and report major equipment concerns to your supervisor.\nFollow company policies, safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO9001 procedures, and customer operating requirements.\nWork productively without direct supervision while maintaining positive working relationships with supervisors and coworkers.\nAssist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nAbility to lift up to 55 lbs on a repetitive basis.\nAbility to stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to follow step-by-step directions with accuracy and attention to detail.\nBasic math skills.\nBasic computer skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nDependable attendance and reliable transportation.\nA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.\nWork Environment\nThis is a hands-on production role in a food manufacturing environment. The position requires repetitive lifting, standing for extended periods, following detailed blending instructions, and working safely around production equipment.
