If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment where integrity and passion drives operational excellence, Mattr is for you!\nSummary\nAs an Assembler, you play a key role in producing high‑quality fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks and components that support Mattr’s commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor, you will use hand lay‑up techniques to join FRP components and build single‑wall and double‑wall shells, domes, and related products.
