We are looking for someone that is impact-focused, demonstrates strong leadership potential, and is passionate about ensuring we deliver a relevant system to our customers. You will be a critical member of a highly experienced, forward leaning engineering team partnering with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver secure, high-performance systems at scale.\n\nCitizenship: Must be a US Citizen\n\nSecurity Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance required and must be willing to complete Polygraph as required by the customer.\n\nLocation: Centennial, CO. Onsite with occasional opportunity for Hybrid work.\n\nTravel: Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time and hold a US Passport.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, install, operate, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.\nSupport design and redesign of IT and hardware systems, including field changes and upgrades.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for system designs, configurations, and maintenance procedures.\nProvide technical support and guidance to other engineering team members.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations.\nParticipate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and new implementations.\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nProven experience in building, Installing, and modification of electrical components and subassemblies which may include power cabling, data buss interconnects, control wiring, MIL-circular connectors.\nExperience with a basic variety of hand tools and test equipment to fabricate/assemble IT systems and associated connections/wiring.\nExperience collaborating in a multi-disciplined team to solve complex problems.\nBasic networking and system administration experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.\nAbility to lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.\n\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nExperience with Minotaur Family of Services (MFoS).\n\nWorking knowledge of military tactical data links (Link-16, IBS/CIB).\nOperational experience with DoD active-duty customers.\n\nEducation and Certification Requirements: Associate’s degree in electronics technology or other related field with 12 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.\n\nPMAT is an equal-opportunity employer.
