We believe in fostering a strong sense of community within our industry, and we're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our community. Overview If selected to work on COACT projects as an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing internal workflows to ensure successful campaign and/or project delivery. You’ll balance relationship management with operational execution across multiple workstreams. This is not necessarily a permanent role — this is a freelance opportunity with potential to transition to full-time if workload allows.Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships and lead regular communication.  Oversee project timelines, budgets, and scopes.  Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery.  Collaborate with strategy and leadership on project direction.  Track performance and ensure goals are met.  Identify and resolve issues proactively.  Support reporting, documentation, and process improvements.  Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management within an agency.  Strong communication and relationship management skills.  Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.  Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.  Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Slack, Microsoft Suite)  Comfortable working remotely and independently.
