Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDrive the division’s productivity cost savings and Continuous Improvement (CI) Project Portfolio.\nCoach teams across the division on the use of lean, six sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.\nConduct deck building events at all divisional sites to identify cost savings opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline of projects and Kaizen events to meet cost saving targets.\nExecute onsite Rapid Improvement Events using the Eaton Continuous Improvement System tools to support plants cost savings and productivity goals.\nCoordinate capital planning and spending across the division to support cost productivity projects.\nMentor and train the cost savings coordinators across the division, in addition to developing robust standard work.\nUpgrade cost savings reports, CI scorecards, and roadmaps with new digital tools, to make them more user friendly and with live information.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Operations in a manufacturing setting\nCompany sponsorship is not offered.
