Account ExecutiveLocation: Remote (Candidates must reside in the Tampa or Jacksonville area)Job Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $85,000–$100,000 Base + CommissionOverviewWe are seeking a driven, hunter-oriented Account Executive to build and grow a territory through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in net-new business development, enjoys owning the full sales cycle, and has experience creating opportunities through self-generated pipelines.You will work with property owners, management groups, HOAs, COAs, and multi-dwelling communities to deliver customized telecommunications solutions while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence throughout Florida.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow relationships with prospects and key decision-makers across assigned territoriesGenerate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreachManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closeBuild and maintain a strong pipeline while consistently achieving sales goalsDeliver presentations and consultative solutions tailored to customer needsMaintain CRM activity, pipeline forecasting, and sales reportingTravel throughout assigned territories as neededRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing sales rolesProven success with prospecting, cold calling, and self-generated pipeline developmentExperience owning and growing a territory with a strong hunter mentalityExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through closeAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel throughout assigned territories within FloridaPreferred QualificationsExperience in telecommunications, broadband, fiber, technology, or related industriesExperience selling larger contract-value solutionsFamiliarity with MDU environments, property management organizations, HOAs, or COAsExperience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
