develop a team of software engineers responsible for implementing software solutions for customer projects in warehouse automation and supply chain environments.\r\nEnsure project delivery aligns with committed schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.\r\nPartner closely with project management, product management, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.\r\nLead all aspects of software build, development, integration, testing, standards, and sustained deployment for automation systems.\r\nMonitor project progress, handle risks, and remove blockers to keep projects on track.\r\nIdentify and propose product sustainment projects and efforts.\r\nEstablish engineering guidelines, development standards, and quality assurance processes.\r\nDrive continuous improvement in development workflows, automation, and delivery efficiency.\r\nSupport estimation, planning, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent customer projects.\r\nCoach, mentor, and develop engineers while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.\r\nParticipate in technical architecture discussions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.\r\nCollaborate with global engineering teams to standardize tools, frameworks, and development practices.\r\nSupport partner concerns and critical project issues when vital.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\r\n8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.\r\nExperience delivering sophisticated software systems in project-driven environments.\r\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and system integration.\r\nConsistent track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.\r\nExperience leading multi-functional teams and running multiple concurrent initiatives.\r\nExcellent communication and customer leadership skills.\r\nExperience with automation systems, warehouse control systems (WCS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or industrial software is helpful.\r\nFamiliarity with modern programming languages, distributed systems, and enterprise software architectures.\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nExperience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse automation industries.\r\nKnowledge of real-time control systems, material handling systems, or robotics software.\r\nExperience working in global engineering organizations.\r\nStrong
