Performs database and application server administration. Organizes and formats data for efficient query and storage.\r\nEducation & Related Experience:\r\nTen (10) years of experience as a DBA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional DBA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.\r\nSalary Range\r\n$135-$165k annually\r\nSalary ranges are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:\r\nKnowledge, skills, & abilities\r\nYears of experience\r\nEducation/Certifications\r\nProgram placement\r\nDuties & responsibilities\r\nInternal equity\r\nMore detailed information will be provided once those factors are known and addressed.\r\nOvertime Statement\r\n40 hours is the standard workweek. Some programs may allow additional hours to be worked as needed. A limited number of programs have on-call requirements where compensation is provided for being engaged to wait. In all circumstances, technical employees will be paid for all time worked.\r\nBonus Statement\r\nAll billable employees are eligible to earn quarterly bonuses that are based on the number of hours worked for that period. This hourly requirement is roughly 92% of hours available to bill in a given quarter.
