The PM will lead a team of internal and external resources to ensure the following project milestones are completed: Engineering Materials Procurement Regulatory, Environmental, and Land approvals Construction Commissioning Asset Integration CloseoutWhat You'll DoLead project team to complete the following deliverables early in the project lifecycle:Scope verificationCost verificationExecution scheduleCash flow (forecast)Work with TCE Business Development and clients to execute defined scopeWork with Project Controls to complete monthly cost forecasting, schedule updates, and manage the trend log and watchlist, etc.Actively participate in third party engineering (led by Project Engineering) to ensure design meets project requirementsReview and approve POs for material and equipment purchaseWork with Project Engineering and Supply Chain to evaluate long lead equipment bids to ensure cost and lead time align with project requirementsStay informed on material/equipment delivery dates and works with Supply Chain to expedite, where neededPrepare and submit the Project Determination and Information Form (PDIF) to obtain regulatory, environmental, and land approvals prior to construction. Monitor progress to ensure PDIF is executed within required timeframeWork with Supply Chain, Project Engineering, Construction Management, and other project teams to prepare construction bid packageWork with Supply Chain to manage the construction bid, bid evaluation, and contract awardWork with Construction Management team to identify third party inspection resourcesManage Prime construction contractor from a scope delivery/commercial standpointWork with Engineering and project team to ensure timely and appropriate response to Requests for Information (RFIs)Work with Supply Chain and project team to validate and disposition Chane Order Request Notifications (CORNs)Actively lead a positive safety culture to ensure incident and injury free projectCoordinate commissioning activities with appropriate teams to ensure new facilities are ready for service by required dateCoordinate asset integration and project closeout activitiesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical fieldAt least six (6) years’ experience in project management, project engineering, or construction managementA minimum three (3) years of direct project management experience is requiredFamiliar with engineering drawings, Bills of Material, and other technical documentsFamiliar with the various classes of estimates, associated accuracy ranges, and inputsSkilled in Microsoft family products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)Preferred Qualifications:Familiar with natural gas pipelines, compression facilities, and measurement facilitiesDeep understanding of project management fundamentals and project life cycleExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
