Mechanical Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster to support their claims department by managing claims calls and documentation. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming claims calls and provide information regarding customer contracts and coverage Review and adjudicate claims in accordance with applicable agreement terms and state requirements Assist with various projects and support other teams as needed Required Qualifications Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently Experience with automotive mechanical claims or related fields preferred Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency in using computer software applications Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
