This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex information into clear communications while working within established customer-specific messaging systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, edit, and distribute clear and engaging customer communications across multiple channelsManage and optimize messaging within a specialized/unique customer messaging systemWrite and publish newsletters, ensuring consistency in tone and messagingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align communicationsTrack tasks, updates, and deliverables using JiraCollaborate with IT/service teams and manage workflows using ServiceNowRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in communications, content creation, or related fieldProven experience working with the customer messaging systemDemonstrated experience with communication and collaboration across the IC; including with variety of domestic and field-based personnel Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand complex technical conceptsFamiliarity with Jira for task and project managementWorking knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service management toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ETLPreferred SkillsExperience in customer engagement or digital communications environmentsBasic understanding of workflows, ticketing systems, or IT service processesBCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
