A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities (Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead and support the preparation and review of SEC filings and governance documentation Administer insider trading compliance programs and support equity plan governance Oversee corporate entity management and contribute to scalable governance processes Required Qualifications JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials 6+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly in corporate governance and securities matters Experience supporting public company reporting and board processes preferred Comfort operating in a lean environment with high ownership and limited bureaucracy Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and competing priorities
