This individual will play a critical role in coordinating, developing, and delivering compelling proposals for FDOT, local governments, and other public agencies.\n\nThe ideal candidate has experience managing multiple deadlines, collaborating with technical teams, and producing polished, compliant proposal packages from start to finish.\n\nQualifications:\n\n3–5+ years of proposal coordination or marketing experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry\nStrong experience supporting transportation infrastructure pursuits, including FDOT and local government proposals\nDemonstrated experience preparing and coordinating:\nLetters of Response (LORs)\nRequests for Qualifications (RFQs)\nRequests for Proposals (RFPs)\nSF330s\nStaff resumes and project profiles\n\nOrganizational charts:\n\nInterview presentations and leave-behind materials\nFamiliarity with FDOT procurement processes and proposal requirements\nExceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred) is a plus\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits and tight deadlines\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and marketing teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience supporting engineering, surveying, transportation, or infrastructure consulting firms\nKnowledge of CRM and proposal management software\nExperience coordinating interview preparation and presentation materials\nUnderstanding of public-sector procurement and qualifications-based selection (QBS) processes\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nCoordinate and manage proposal development from kickoff through submission\nPrepare, edit, and format RFQs, RFPs, LORs, and SF330 packages\nMaintain and update staff resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral\nCollaborate with technical staff to gather content and ensure proposal compliance\nDevelop interview presentations, organizational charts, graphics, and other pursuit materials\nTrack proposal schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements\nEnsure all deliverables meet quality standards, branding guidelines, and client requirements\nSupport business development efforts by maintaining proposal databases and marketing assets\n\nA bit about us:\n-\n\nWe are a growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm providing surveying, engineering, planning, and infrastructure solutions throughout Florida.
