This is a senior-track role. You will bring 2+ years of professional .NET development experience, daily fluency with AI coding assistants, and enough consulting instinct to sit across from a client without a script.At Sharp Hue, AI is not a side project. You will own real engagements – building and shipping web applications, APIs, and cloud-native systems that businesses depend on every day.What You Will DoDesign and build custom web applications using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and AzureOwn features end-to-end - from client conversation to deployed code to production supportUse AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) as a daily accelerator for scaffolding, testing, documentation, and problem-solvingParticipate in client-facing work: discovery sessions, technical walkthroughs, scope trade-offs, and status updatesContribute to Sharp Hue's internal tools, skills library, and repeatable engineering patternsReview teammates' code and help raise the team's technical and AI-fluency barTranslate business requirements into technical architecture and communicate trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholdersWho Should ApplyYou are an experienced developer who already does the work we are hiring for.
