You will act as both a hands-on technical expert and a strategic advisor/leader, responsible for mentoring team members, architecting data warehouse layers, and translating complex multi-platform data into high-impact, executive-level insights. This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.  ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts and BI engineers. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and engineering excellencePartner directly with client Product Owners and C-level stakeholders. Conduct detailed analysis of business problems, gather functional and technical requirements, and deliver interactive demo sessionsEstablish and enforce standards for visualization design, report performance tuning, query optimization, and technical QA testing across the teamDesign and build advanced-level dashboards and interactive reports (using Power BI, Tableau, or similar enterprise BI tools)Architect robust, scalable dimensional data models (Star and Snowflake schemas). Design and implement central Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions and clean data martsBuild, manage, and optimize automated ETL pipelines.
