We are also operating Sweden's largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.\r\nThe Tech Operations team is responsible for deploying and maintaining Einride's autonomous electric truck solution at client sites. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning. As a Remote Operator at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.\r\nYou will\r\nSafely operate Einride's autonomous electric truck for customer and R&D operations.\r\nRemain alert and attentive while monitoring Einride's autonomous electric truck during autonomy.\r\nPerform checks to ensure Einride's autonomous electric truck is safe to operate.\r\nLog platform performance feedback for engineering analysis.\r\nTroubleshoot and escalate system issues and operational blockers.\r\nProvide input on the Einride remote interface and operating procedures to cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to commercial, operations, product, and engineering teams\r\nMaintain knowledge of Einride's autonomous system.\r\nUtilize project and issue tracking tools (Jira, Fleetio, or similar).\r\nWe expect you to\r\nMinimum 5 years of experience driving commercial trucks\r\nCurrent, non-expired CDL license (class A)\r\nClean driving record with 0 violation points\r\nMeets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) in which the Remote Operator will be working.\r\nIs at least 21 years of age\r\nExperience with technical troubleshooting or willingness to learn quickly.\r\nSafety focused mindset. You are not afraid to raise immediate safety concerns and suggest paths to resolution.\r\nReliable and consistent. You ensure your work is thorough and always holds a high standard. Your process is methodical through the use of documentation and tracking tools.\r\nClear communication. You are confident in communicating feedback to team members and sharing your knowledge to improve the product and operation.\r\nCreative thinking. You think outside the box to create or bring solutions to problems when the solution is not always clear.\r\nFlexibility. Able to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00am-7:30pm. Subject to change based on customer needs.\r\nAbility to travel as needed, up to 25%.\r\nRight to work in the US\r\nMust live within 45 minutes of downtown Austin\r\nBonus Qualifications\r\nExperience working with autonomous trucks or commercial heavy duty fleets\r\nExperience as truck driver trainer/instructor\r\nCurious attitude, interested in solving problems\r\nExperience working in a collaborative team environment\r\nExperience in operations, technology, or automotive\r\nProficient in G-suite or other office tools\r\nMajor credit card in candidate's name\r\nValid US passport\r\nThis position is based in Austin, TX at the Einride office.
