Job Title: Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager Position Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager /Store Manager at The Purse Ladies, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our retail store and live studio in Boca Raton, FL. You will assist in overseeing daily activities, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to sales growth. This position requires strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for the fashion industry. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager based in Boca Raton, FL. The Assistant Store Manager will hybrid role that would would we the current Store Manager in various operational and managerial tasks, including but not limited to: Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the retail store and live studio Supervising and training staff to provide exceptional customer service Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking efforts Assisting with merchandising and product display to optimize sales Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Collaborating with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve targets Maintaining store cleanliness and organization Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Other duties and responsibilities as needed for the business Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems Bonus: Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS Double Bonus: Experience with Clienteling, leading a sales team, and/or digital marketing experience.
