Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, if you're hardworking and eager to learn, we want you on our team.\n\nCompetitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18/hr. to $23/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAssemble industrial control panels, junction boxes, and enclosures\n\nMount electrical components including breakers, relays, PLCs, power supplies, VFDs, and terminal blocks\n\nPerform point-to-point wiring based on electrical schematics and layout drawings\n\nLabel wires, devices, and components per standards\n\nEnsure neat, organized, and professional panel builds\n\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings\n\nVerify proper component placement and wiring connection\n\nPerform continuity checks and basic functional testing\n\nInspect completed panels for accuracy and quality\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable standards (UL, NEC, customer specs)\n\nAssist with troubleshooting wiring issues\n\nMaintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.\n\nWhat You'll Need:\n\n1–3 years of electrical assembly or panel wiring experience preferred\n\nAbility to read electrical schematics required\n\nFamiliarity with industrial control components (PLCs, VFDs, relays) preferred\n\nBasic knowledge of electrical theory\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nAbility to lift up to 40–50 lbs\n\nManual dexterity for detailed wiring work\n\nProlonged standing and working in a shop environment\n\nExposure to noise, grease, and industrial conditions\n\nWhy Join OTC Industrial Technologies?\n\nComprehensive Benefits: Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision care coverage, short-and long-term disability coverage, and life insurance.
