The Solutions Architects also help follow a solution from cradle to grave with helping to shape sales motions. This role is an exciting and dynamic technical position within the client Customer Success Team. As our Solutions Architect, you will advocate for various missions and help break down silos in government and commercial workspaces. You will sit between the customer and engineering, translating customer requirements into engineering tasks, breaking down technical jargon in order to mold and shape the delivery so that it answers the customers actual need and solves for their problem. You will grow every day by learning pioneering technologies, gaining exposure to successful startup culture, and working with other high performers.\r\nWe're looking for full-time, fully cleared Solutions Architects to help meet rapidly growing demand for our product suite. A signing bonus and retention bonus is offered with this position.\r\nWhat you'll get to do\r\nConceptualize and architect the details of delivery to customers, including:\r\nuse-case architecture\r\nqueries\r\ndata schema\r\ndocumentation\r\nother requirements\r\nEngage with strategic partners to architect integrated product solutions and features\r\nLead and develop lightweight customer validation exercises to include deploying ZeroReveal using Ansible.\r\nProvide an authoritative voice to represent client's engineering thought process and domain expertise for delivery and sales motions\r\nDecompose customer requirements into necessary engineering tasks and work with engineering to plan tickets to implement meet those tasks\r\nBe a customer advocate: drive customer feedback into support and engineering\r\nHelp transition products and features from Engineering to Sales\r\nHelp field technical customer questions with the Sales team.\r\nBe a technical voice of the client, representing client to customers and customers to the engineering team\r\nWhat you need to be successful\r\nMust be a US Citizen\r\nAn active TS//SCI security clearance with a full scope polygraph\r\n5+ years experience as a solutions architect, engineer, and/or devops engineer\r\nB.S. or higher degree in Computer Science or otherEngineering fields\r\nWillingness to travel - 25% of the time (Local travel in the Washington Metro area, CONUS, and OCONUS)\r\nWillingness to work in a SCIF as needed to meet with customers and satisfy delivery requirements (25 - 50%)\r\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
