As a member of our team, you’ll be coordinating and administering document management activities relative to identification, control, and change documents directly related to the assigned project. You will track the life cycle of documents and records with all revisions, including Design documents, RFIs and submittals. You will also independently manage other day-to-day tasks related to document and records management. This position regularly interacts with internal Jacobs team members, client, and external consultant contacts.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nOverall responsibility for setting up, managing and maintaining the document control systems for all historical, incoming and outgoing documents in support of the project.\nReviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.\nEnsuring that contract requirements are met.\nEnsuring documents meet standards for production.\nSubject Matter Expert for the document control systems implemented.\nAssuring project participants are trained in practical application of systems.\nGeneral administrative responsibilities within the document control function including data entry, providing training of new users, and maintaining internal process documentation.\n\nJoin us and we will assist you in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way.\n\nHere's what you'll need\n5+ years of Document Control experience with nuclear, engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., drawings, technical specifications, submittals, RFIs, etc.)\nMust be willing to work in the office 2-3 days a week.\nProven experience with Aconex and SharePoint.\nWilling to travel within the US 10-25% of time.\n\nIdeally, you’ll also have:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in related field.\nStrong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology.\nPosted Salary Range: Minimum\n69,500.00\nPosted Salary Range: Upper\n95,000.00\n\nOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
