This is a fast-moving environment centered on real-world deployment, technical ownership, and close cross-functional collaboration.The RoleThe company is looking for an Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of electronic systems for autonomous platforms. The role covers everything from board-level design to broader electrical architecture, with the opportunity to take hardware from early concept through deployment. It is a hands-on position for someone who is just as comfortable working in design tools as they are troubleshooting at the bench.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and layout printed circuit boards for vehicle subsystems, from concept through production-ready releaseArchitect and implement power generation, conversion, and distribution systems for demanding operating environmentsDesign and integrate sensor interfaces and signal conditioning circuits for perception and navigation systemsDefine and implement communication bus architectures across vehicle subsystemsDesign wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and interconnect solutions for harsh environment use casesContribute to overall electrical system architecture, including interface definition, power budgets, and integration strategyBring up, debug, and validate boards and integrated assemblies in lab and test environmentsRequired QualificationsB.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline3+ years of experience in electrical hardware design and developmentStrong PCB design skills, including schematic capture, layout, and understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal fundamentalsExperience with power systems design, including conversion topologies, battery management, and distribution architecturesFamiliarity with analog and mixed-signal design, including signal conditioning for sensorsHands-on experience with standard lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and spectrum analyzersExperience designing for harsh environments, including thermal, vibration, pressure, or corrosion-related constraintsU.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
